The rivers all ran dry.
The four winds ceased to blow

Now the clocks

I guess they always will.
That's the time you
bid farewell to me,

Tears I cried that night
are all still lying here.
They sparkle in the light
like diamonds
'round my chair.
Now the clocks...

a lonely work of art.
